‘What an amazing, well-managed experience. The setting was stunning and Bini was such an accommodating host. I loved learning about all the different ingredients and being encouraged to taste new things. Recipes were passed down from Bini’s mum and her mum should be very proud of how Bini has developed her business and how she is sharing her passion and love of cooking. This experience is truly memorable and it wouldn’t have been half as good if someone else delivered the learning experience – Bini you are fantastic!’ Bath, Bristol and Somerset Toursim Awards Judges Feedback

“Dear Bini, Your email has reminded me to do what I should have ages ago, which is to write and say thank you for the course that my daughter Mary-Anna and I came on last month. It was a really fun morning and the food that we made was just delicious. We’ve tried the recipes we did with you a couple of times, and my partner Matt has been very keen to have a turn at the cooking as well – a treat for me! Mary-Anna has now gone back to university. She’s been shopping already in some of the many international supermarkets and was very excited to find all the spices that she was looking for, along with lots of other interesting looking things to try. She’ll be using the recipes you gave her and trying out more. Thank you – you’ve inspired her!” All best wishes, Phylida
