With more and more people interested in learning about Indian cuisine, Bini conducts talks and demonstrations to educate budding cooks about the techniques used in traditional Gujarati Indian cookery.
With over thirty years of cooking knowledge, she is able to talk through the journey of the various spices and their uses, clearly explain every process during the live cookery demonstration; also giving hints and tips throughout. There are always tasters on offer after the demonstration.

Exeter food festival – May 4th 2019 – in conjunction with Greendale Farmshop – I cooked prawns and courgette curry, masala fish with aubergine and potato, rice and raitu.
