With the cold weather and snow this weekend, I have warmed up my kitchen with some tasty homemade fine cut peel marmalade. I have given the preserve a sweet cumin twist that has added sweetness to the bitter Seville orange. The marmalade has particularly worked well with pork sausages, boiled ham and in my sandwiches.
