7 chefs Dinner at the Exeter Food Festival 2018

Bini was given the opportunity to host the canape course for the guest at the 7 chefs dinner On Wednesday 2nd May.

It was an eye opening event where she was able to see how the professionals work together to create the most delicious dishes.

The highlight for Bini was the feedback from the guests as well as the empty platters that came back into the kitchen -it was very rewarding.

The aim was to showcase the Gujarat region of India and that Indian food can use incredible ingredients sources  from the South West to make something amazing.



Bini later went back to conduct a demonstration at the Food festival to teach the crowds how to cook homestyle Indian curries.

It was a fanatic session and Michael and myself entertained the crowd. I cooked paneer and pepper curry, mixed vegetable rice and spiced mushroom curry. A brilliant day and great fun.
