Suitable for anyone who wishes to learn the skills of Indian cooking and spices. Ideal for those who want to improve their cookery skills. Beginners will love these courses as well as a seasoned cook too. Costs £85pp
Half Day Classes all start with an introduction to tasting and understanding spices. Before the hands-on cooking begins, you will learn when and how to use spices, as well as what spices bring to Indian cuisine. Suitable for anyone who wants to learn new skills and try out new flavour combinations inherent to Indian cooking. You’ll go home with dishes to feed two people.
Suitable for experienced cooks who are confident using spices but want to learn new techniques to develop richer, more intense, aromatic spicy flavours. Also for those who want to create a complete traditional authentic Indian meal. £165pp
Full Day Classes all start with an introduction to tasting and understanding spices. Before the hands-on cooking begins, you will learn when and how to use spices, as well as what spices bring to Indian cuisine. Full Day Classes are suitable for confident cooks who want to learn new techniques and develop aromatic spicy flavours, while mastering all the components of a traditional, authentic Indian meal.
These offer adventurous cooks the opportunity to explore and learn something in particular. Each lesson is planned to meet your specific requirements. This is considered a private session.
