3 sweet potato – peeled and cut into chips
1-2 tbsp. local runny honey (to taste)
1/2 tsp nutmeg grated
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
salt to taste
3tsbp olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 200C
2. Line a oven proof dish or tray with silicon sheet.
3. Place all the ingredients into the tray and mix well.
4. Pop into the oven and cook for 50 minutes until the potato is cooked through. To achieve a crispy edges cook for a further 5-8 minutes and turn throughout.
